FIT-Server

Bugfixes/Changes

  • With mirroring/DFIT part data had been lost if the database of the target system was temporarily not available. This problem has been resolved.

FIT-CAMIntegrator

Enhancements

  • The FIT-CAMIntegrator can now be configured to delete the CAM-transfer file after processing.

FIT-HI-WebMenu

Enhancements

  • The group description in the user administration can now be 80 characters long.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • In the dialog "Search and Replace" the functions have been executed twice since version 2018.1. In the search result the records were also displayed twice. This problem has been fixed.
  • When setting the width of the boxes in InfoCenter graphic shop floor layouts the global default setting for all workplaces (*|*) was not taken into account. This problem has been solved.

FIT-HI-DNC

Enhancements

  • The transfer of files to the machine or certain plant components can now be enabled or disabled depending on the configured FIT-MES signal states.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • If a preselection of the files to be transferred was passed from FIT-HI-MES, these files were still not transferred. This problem has been resolved.
  • At workplaces with multiple MIs the error messages and the display of the MI status have been improved.

FIT-HI-MES

Enhancements

  • The entry of a batch number when reporting completed for an order group is distributed to all orders with the same article number after the batch validity has been successfully checked.
  • Optimized loading of the document information of an operation via WebService.
  • New function: direct connection to NAVISION web service.
  • New function: When checking a batch number entry, the available quantity of the material in the warehouse is read via WebService and compared with the quantity required by the order. When an order group is reported as complete, the available quantity is distributed to the individual orders in the group.
  • It is now possible to display informations to the operator about which "Technical Delivery Specifications" must be observed during the production of certain parts.
  • When a key is switched on and/or off, a message can now be displayed which must be confirmed by the operator.
  • To avoid delays at the FIT-HI-MES interface when sending an email, the emails are now sent asynchronously in a separate thread.
  • In operation mode Assembly, the main page with the requested orders is no longer reloaded regularly, but is checked in the background for changes to the information displayed and only reloaded if changes have actually occurred. This avoids flickering of the display, especially with many requested orders, and improves the system's responsiveness.
  • In the display mode "Always display only 1 table", the tables at which orders are currently requested are now highlighted in colour.
  • It is now also possible to read out the number of the active table of a multi-table machine via OPC UA and to set a table reference for the machine status signals.
  • It is now possible to determine the DNC transmission status in FIT-HI-MES and, depending on this, to start further actions.
  • New function: Connect ApPlus via web service.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • For single-table machines, in certain configurations, the presetting of the quantity field in the report dialog with the quantity transmitted via MDA did not work. This problem has been solved.
  • With configurations disabling function key switch off dependant on order conditions the configuration may have been transferred to other keys or changed when configuring further signals. This problem has been fixed.
  • The booking of signals has been optimized and the number of database accesses reduced.

FIT-HI-Analyze

Enhancements

  • It is now possible to configure up to 20 different organizational and 20 technical downtime reasons for malfunctions.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • Different actions with the same description were not correctly represented in the "Accumulatedtimes" diagram. This bug has been fixed.

ERPConnect

  • Connect ERPConnect to Navision Web Service.

This check will be done on server side per Teamcenter policy and to ensure license verification. It will use two new feature keys: 1) mfg_planning_lite for verifying MEProcess, MEOP and their sub-types 2) mfg_plant_author for verifying MEWorkArea and its sub-types.

This new license check will be done in addition to other license verification that exists today. If you don't find them in your Teamcenter 11.3 or higher license key please get in contact with Siemens PLM.

Enhancements

Bugfixes/Changes

  • If property 'nc_tool_number' of a MENCToolActivity is not set, the value 'UNDEFINED' is set in the generated SFCWorkpackage. With this modification external systems (like SFI) can differ between an unset property (='UNDEFINED'), an empty property (='') or a set value (='value').
  • SFC_Logout_20141 always returned false although the logout was successful. This issue is fixed.

  • When the service is terminated, the system first checks if Shop Floor Connect can be reached. If not, the logoff is skipped. With this change the service terminates faster if Shop Floor Connect is not reachable.
  • Fixed an issue where "DeleteFileOnMachineAfterImport" in combination with "CompressDirForDNCType" did not delete subfolders inside the selected folder after an upload.
  • Certified with OpenJDK 8u192 32bit on Windows platforms (32/64bit).
  • Update Windows service wrapper from version 1.0.15 to 1.1 (Apache Commons Daemon).
